Privacy & data

Transparency about data and sources.

Scalyx works with business data and public signals. This page explains what we process, how we substantiate it and where responsibilities lie.

When you register for a trial, we store your selected language and valid UTM campaign codes with your account. This preserves attribution as you move from the website to registration. These codes must not contain personal data.

Website analytics and cookies

We load Google Analytics 4 only if you allow analytics. It measures page visits, traffic sources, free-trial clicks. Google processes technical information such as device and browser details and uses _ga cookies to distinguish visits. We do not share form content, names, email addresses or Scalyx workspace content. Ordinary URL parameters and fragments are omitted; campaign codes must not contain personal data. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Withdraw consent at any time through Change cookie preferences in the website footer. We then remove Analytics cookies in this browser. Preference storage and Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Analytics user and event details are retained for up to 14 months; aggregated standard reports are outside this detail retention period. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track take precedence over consent. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Free tools on this website

The follow-up email generator uses the name, notes and tone you enter only in the open browser tab. A fixed text template creates the draft locally; there is no AI processing, and your input is neither stored nor sent to our server. Reloading clears the input. You can download the proposal templates without a form. If you have allowed website analytics, a tool_used event records which tool was used, with page path and language; names, notes and generated text are not included.

Measuring useful outcomes

The website counts free-trial clicks by day and position without visitor cookies, IP addresses or visitor profiles in those counts. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable click counting. Trial links pass the website position and selected starting route to the app. There we measure registrations, confirmed trials and results you mark as useful per workspace. We store the result type and an internal reference, not conversation, proposal or email content. These product measurements are separate from your customer conversions. Which data we process

Scalyx processes account and workspace data, business contacts, public research, emails, meeting notes and proposal information that you provide or make available through an integration. The data processed depends on the features and integrations you use. Share only what is necessary for your sales work.

Sources and evidence

For researched signals, Scalyx shows the available source and date. This makes it possible to check why a message is relevant for each prospect and correct inaccurate or outdated information.

Roles and responsibility

You remain the controller for your own outreach. Scalyx supports you as a platform. This page provides product information, not legal advice; review your legal basis with your lawyer or DPO.

Human approval

Research and copy are generated and then reviewed by you. Sending requires explicit human approval and uses your own connected mailbox. There is no hidden sending.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as it is needed for your commercial process. Prospect data, campaigns and logs are deleted on request. Unsubscribe requests are recorded and respected.

Security

Access is tied to accounts and roles, sending uses your own domain and actions are logged. Rules such as bounce and unsubscribe safeguards are visible per campaign.
